Had dinner with 4 friends.actually was invited by the Hotel Director of communication (marketing).gorgeous setting & great ambience . Starters were foigras which was a bit confusing as it cake in soup bowl filled with salad leaves .had to practically dig for it but must say it was worth all the digging .Tuna carpaccio or sashimi was good . We ordered dirty martinis .which was made to perfection . Service was good &very attentive ,but also impatient to take the plates away in a hurry too . Mains were grilled prawns with different sauces.i ordered garlic butter which came as a blob of butter not a sauce.my friend ordered pepper.other mains were lamb shank .looked yum & grilled salmon . All in all good food & experience. It\s a gorgeous place to celebrate a special occasion .

Three work colleagues on a business trip, for dinner on a Thursday night. We had no reservation, and nobody was there to greet us on entry, which was not good, but they were able to accommodate us. The table setting was plush and beautiful. The wine list was really great (and the wine cellar down stairs is worth a look), and we were able to choose wines from a range of different countries and set at different price points. Modern European cooking, with a range of attractive options available as starters, mains, and later on desserts. We chose from each part of the menu, and it was all either excellent, fabulous, or acceptable. My grilled tuna (rare) was brilliant, following a starter of scallops (fabulous). We had an Italian pinot grigio, and a Californian pinot noir, both great. The service was a little sloppy (e.g., wine into my water glass, as well as nobody on front-of-house on arrival), but ok. So we ate well, and paid well (a bit over 10,000 rupees per head all up, which is not excessive for the experience we had). Very enjoyable evening.
