Nice restaurant with simple sea-inspired decoration, the service is nice and efficient and the food is delicious. We had the anchovies, risotto and marinara spaghetti, plus a taste of the desserts and a great wine that the owner suggested. I would recommend this place for a quiet and tasty dinner, if you\re anywhere near La Spezia.

You can eat for under $15 while still choosing between seafood dishes (try the mixed “friture“) that include white cod, bass, and anchovies, OR pasta, and I highly recommend their spaghetti with mussels. Then, there is their “insalatone,” a mixture of lettuce, shrimp, octopus, and salmon. You also can order a grilled land and sea combination, about $45 for two, and get a feast that you may not be able to finish. I suggest not asking for doggy bags or you may get funny looks.
