After a long day at a convention, my child and I wanted a nice meal without having to go outside of the Omni Hotel. This was a perfect selection. We were greeted by extremely nice hostesses who asked how are day went while seating us. We were then promptly greeted by our waitress who answered all of our questions. Some of the options I was looking at had salmon as a dish, and I am allergic to it. I asked the waitress if I could make a substitution, and they did so without any problems. The food came in a timely matter and was hot and delicious. My waitress told me as she set down my plate that she explained my situation to the chef, and my food was prepared away from the salmon station. While we were eating, the manager came over to check on us. She explained she was aware I had a food allergy and just wanted to make sure I wasn\t having any reactions or problems. It was a wonderful dining experience that ending with a tasty chocolate dessert. We visited during a convention and Memorial weekend. The restaurant was aptly able to handle a crowd. There is a separate bar area which seemed busy, and there is also private dining options.
