Frances Welt, founder of Four Seasons Florals and Events moved to the Clearwater area 25 years ago from London, England with the vision of opening a high-end floral boutique. Formally trained at Harrods of London and raised in a family that owned a couturier business, she had all the tools necessary for success. And that it was! She went on to annex at the Bellair Biltmore Hotel leading to a new following and place at the top of the floral and event industry. Still going strong and better than ever, Four Seasons maintains its reputation for impeccable product, service and originality always.
