Most parts of the cave system can be visited and there are various routes that visitors can take. We booked for the "grand tour", a five-hour long hike. The group was about 40 people of all ages (I was worried because there was a two-year-old child, but, luckily, it caused no complications). We had a guide who was helpful, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. He was also very experienced. Every time there was a question, he went into details, so we learnt a lot of extra info besides the general tour info. The cave itself is breathtaking at places, at other parts there is not much to see. The alterations to the cave were made carefully to make as little change in the original environment as possible. The spectacular areas are well lit, no artificial colours. The car park is huge.
