I haven’t used the laser quest or bowling, but I have taken my daughters to the soft play several times. The staff are polite and helpful, but I have to say that the soft play is a bit small and needs a bit of a spruce up. The top area is a bit near to the ceiling and some of the ceiling tiles have fallen down onto the net above the play area. Not 100% sure how safe that is and probably needs a bit of attention
