I visited the gallery yesterday and was surprised to see that very few of the staff were wearing masks and that there was no enforcement of the supposed mandatory requirement for visitors to wear face coverings. As a result there were about a third of the patrons not wearing masks. In my view the Gallery is not taking all reasonable steps to address the risks of Covid-19 infection among its staff and visitors especially in the light of the currently high levels of infection in Liverpool.
