First time we have visited. We enjoyed the water park, no queues for slides which enhanced our experience. This will be due to reduced capacity. However, the heating needs to be turned up! You never feel warm! It is cold walking around and the water is chilly too! One slide was closed but the rest were open and our children enjoyed them. The wave pool is very randomly on, the gap must be 45 minutes between operations? I have no idea why ?? Toilets are very unclean, there was only one that was usable in the ladies. Surely during COVID-19 we should have enhanced cleaning? I didn’t see anybody cleaning anything during our visit. Overall the kids enjoyed it but as an adult I saw that there is room for improvement.
