The Better App was very easy to use (don't bother with the website as it didn't offer all sessions). We took our 3 and 7 year olds and they loved it. Felt safe and well looked after. The reception team were very friendly as were the swim staff too. Changing rooms were pretty clean and everything was easy. Swim sessions weren't too busy. It was a shame the flumes weren't open but our kids enjoyed the underwater volcano, sit on snake, water bucket and snake fountain. And us parents didn't get too cold. Parking was easy too.
