I only went all velodramatic at the weekend! I tested out Lee Valley Velo Park...that wooden floored Olympic cycling arena where they cycle up the walls n sh*t? Yup that one! And I cycled up the wall on a fixed gear bike with no brakes and my feet clipped into the pedals in cleats 🤘🏼boom that's rock n roll! . . Other than my calves feeling like balls of tension that are about to fall off and the imprint of the saddle probably still firmly in my cracks I bloody loved it. It was easy enough that I could give it a go and felt safe. Theoretically dangerous enough that it was exhilarating and made me feel alive. I'm definitely going back. Olympics here I come? (I might have to grow my legs first)
