Spend many summer evenings in this park, riding bikes,feeding the ducks, watching the airplanes, playing with the kids on the playground, or just walking and watching the bunnies in the grass. When the park first opened, it had an actual Apollo capsule in an glass enclosure that visitors could look at. Fishing is also permitted in the lakes filled with reclaimed serage water, but swimming is not allowed.
